Hey there, Two weeks back, we had to temporarily shut down registration due to some tech issues we were dealing with. After making a bunch of fixes, the user experience now is very close to what it was before. We’re planning to reopen enrollment again, very soon! No downtimeThe platform has been up and running for almost a full week now. Although occasional errors are still possible, the downtime issues seem to be resolved. Finally! MobileThere’s a bug when changing languages on mobile. Also, the teacher's voice doesn’t autoplay on iPhone yet. We’ll release the fix over the next couple of days. Audio qualityThe teacher's voice may 'pop' now and then, especially when it outputs longer messages. If our solution works, we should be able to resolve this by the end of this week. Once these things are fixed, the user experience should be better than ever before. |
